I was recently contacted by Microsoft to do a review on lots of fun products that make awesome Christmas Gifts. In this review I will be telling you about Windows 7. My Growing Children

So it's has been awhile since I have written about my children. They have grown so much since I last wrote about them. My oldest Ethan is in the second grade now, when I first started blogging he was in Kindergarten. He is 7 and he's amazing little boy! Extremely SMART! But he has always been! He's really hyper more than your normal 7 year old which makes me go NUTS but I couldn't imagine life without him or any of my kids! This was Ethan in Kindergarten. He looks so little compared to how looks know its crazy how fast they grow! It makes me tear up to think my little baby, my first born is getting so big! He is and always has been VERY out going! He makes friends everywhere he goes. Its amazing to see him socialize like a little person. He doesn't help me out as much as he should without a fight but I do rely on him a lot to help me out a little too much with his younger and brother and sister but after a little argument he usually gives in and helps me out!!

My 3 year old is doing preschool, which he has been doing since he was 2. He is the one I am most concerned about, as far as learning disabilities are concerned. He took forever to talk and even now he doesn't speak very clearly, you have to speak Dennis to know what he is saying! LOL Which i can say I am almost an expert! But he is a MAMA's boy to the T! He ONLY wants mommy which is a good feeling but also very troubling, it makes it very hard to get stuff done! If I send him up to watch T.V. in my room with Ethan my room looks like a tornado came through it because he just doesn't have the ability to sit and watch T.V. for a long period of time like Ethan. He also doesn't listen very good at ALL! He throws nothing but fits if he doesn't get his way, which is about 90% of the time! (So if any of you have any suggestions PLEASE feel free to let me know!) But I couldn't imagine my world without him! Because when he is being good and listening he is my best kid! He loves to snuggle with me. He would lay in bed and snuggle with me ALL day as long as I feed him (LOL) and let him watch what he wants to watch.

Now my little ONE YEAR OLD Princess Sophia!! She has just grown so much! She is a little SPITFIRE!! She has so much personality it is not funny! She is very independent oh and she absolutely positively LOVES
SHOES!!!! It doesn't matter whose shoes they are! We have a shoe bin after you go throw the kitchen and I am CONSTANTLY picking up shoes! She also likes purses too. So I went to Claire's and bought her a Disney Princess purse and she still wanted my big Coach purse filled with stuff that was to heavy to carry and so she dragged it around. But she is so smart just like Ethan. Just like Ethan and Dennis she LOVES food too! It doesn't matter if she just finished her big meal if I sit down to eat she will sit right next to me and want to eat my food too. I thought if I fed her first she wouldn't bug me for food boy was I wrong! She is the goofiest little girl I have every met. She makes me laugh all day long. She makes funny faces and makes funny noises. But she can also scream just like a girl, I mean the highest pitched scream I have ever heard! She does that when she's playing when one of her brothers are either trying to take something away from her or just touching her when she doesn't want to be touch! But she is just out of this world great she is everything I wanted in a little girl!

So I will end this by saying that my kids are my life they are everything my everything they are the reason I wake up and go to work and just be their mom!! I would not trade it for the world!

Girls Night In with The Movie Bridesmaids on DVD & Blu-Ray September 20

OMG! First let me just say Bridesmaids is one of the funniest movies I have seen in a LONG TIME!!! It is a good all around movie, it is hilarious its sad its serious its just a great movie! Perfect for a "Girls night in" themed party! I had so much fun I had party favors and A LOT of food!

My party was September 16, I had everyone arrive around 6pm so they had time to eat and grab a mimosa or a wine cooler, or one of these fabulous drinks I made using CIAO BELLA Sorbet(you can find recipes HERE) We started the movie about 7:30 pm, and just laughed and cried till about 10ish then we sat around and talked till about almost midnight (like girls normally do right?! ;)).

I gave out these wonderful party favors that were shaped like wedding dresses that had a ribbon tied into a bow with a small princess tiera. Inside it had some roll on glitter, a ring with lip gloss inside of it, a toe ring and two gum ball (a hot pink and black gum ball!). I received a couple of Covergirl mascara and I put a mint inside of two party favors so who ever picked those ones won the mascaras.

I made BBQ pork sandwiches, there were chips and about 5 or 6 dips and some finger food appetizers.

All in all I had a blast hosting this party! My party guest left VERY happy!

Guess what everyone I found those recipes!!!! I'm so excited and when you see them you will be too!!!

sparkling blood orange sangria

A summertime favorite – sangria made with sparkling wine! Throw in as much fruit as you dare and top with the delicious fresh flavors of CIAO BELLA sorbets.

One bottle sparkling wine (can use white or rosé)
1/2 c. Cointreau®
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint strawberries (cleaned and cut in small pieces)
CIAO BELLA Blood Orange, CIAO BELLA Prickly Pear Sorbet or CIAO BELLA Peach Ginger (all good options)

Pour wine and Cointreau into a pitcher. Delicately add fruit and ice. Pour into glasses and garnish with CIAO BELLA sorbets. This is the one I tried at BlogHer11 and fell in love! So you know this will be at my party for sure!!!!! This might just be my twist on the Mimosa!!

Prickly Pear Bellini

The Bellini originated in Italy, just like CIAO BELLA's fine gelato and sorbet. This festive sparkler is a quick and easy drink to pass to guests at any celebration or gathering.

Sparkling wine (prosecco, cava or champagne)
CIAO BELLA Prickly Pear Sorbet

Optional: fresh fruit for garnish

CIAO BELLA Blood Orange Sorbet or
CIAO BELLA Raspberry Sorbet

Pour the Sparkling wine into a champagne flute leaving plenty of room at the top. Slowly add a small scoop of the Prickly Pear sorbet to the glass. Be mindful as it will likely foam up over the rim of the glass. Cheers!!!

I am getting so exicted the closer it gets to this weekend!!!!! I really wanted to see the movie in the theater but was unable! I have so many of my girlfriends already comfirmed they will be here its not funny! My party list is growing day by day!!!

First can I tell you I have never planned a bachelorette party before so this is gong to interestng!!! I was picked to host a Bridesmaid party to celebrate the release of the movie Sept 20. I thought it would kinda apporpriate to do a bachelorette themed party! I am Sooo Sorry To My Faithful Readers!!

As you all know I am a single mom of three young children, a little over a year ago I had to get a job and I, back in April, got promoted to Manager and instead of gradually learning the position I got thrown into it expected to learn it on my own and if I messed up I got yelled at for it! Which wasn't cool very stressful and everyday I came home I didn't even want to think of my computer!!! I am sorry to all companies I promised post for! I will do my absolute best to get them done!!!

I just got back from BlogHer11 and let me tell you I was amazed and impressed and by the end I was totally rejuvenated and guess what ready to start writing again!!!! I will be trying to get one post a day but to make up for the 4 days I took off for Blogher11 so it may just be like 2-3 a week for like 2 weeks but after that I will do my best to get at least one a day!

So my life is pretty hectic as you all know I have 3 kids 2 very active boys at that and a little girl who just discovered how to crawl! I also work pretty much a full time job and when I'm at home I clean and do laundry! So my time is pretty limited as to what I can do for myself. I love to browse the Internet and watch some Criminal Minds that's usually what calms me down and gets me ready for a some what good night sleep.

I am usually up late because that is the only time I have to myself that doesn't involve screaming kids, changing diapers, making bottles and sippy cups of juice, brothers fighting, the baby crawling to catch up to to only start screaming and crying because she cannot keep up! I have a DVR so through out the day I record all my favorite shows that I stay up all night watching because during the day its Dora the Explorer, Team Umizoomi, Go Diego Go, and so on and so on! I try to make the best of the time we get during the day because I work alot so when we get home I spend about 30 mins cleaning and doing some necessities laundry wise, put dishes in dishwasher than I sit and play with the kids for a little bit then we do dinner and bath then a little TV then its oh yes you guessed it bed time!!

Once all kids are in bed I try to first catch up on my blog once that is done I clean out my email then I relax and catch up on all my recorded shows with a Diet Coke and a nice warm blanket on the couch! I don't get much sleep because this time when the kids are in bed is really important to me, I call it "Me Time". It's really the only time to myself! My mom thinks I'm nuts because when I have to be at work at 6:30 in the morning I am still up till at least midnight! I can't help it I have to wind down before I go to bed otherwise I am up ALL night thinking!

Finally A Weekend Off So Where is Everyone?

So my sister left February 1 2011 for bootcamp for the Navy. She got really sick from something in her stomach that sometimes spassums. She hasn't had an episode since she was like 9 and shes 19. So she was medically discharged from the Navy and got home on February 15 which so happens to be her birthday. Well I have had to work all week just like my mom and my brother who now lives with us too, thats another stoy all in its own! So this weekend was going to be cool its snowing and I get gto spend time with my whole family my dad even stopped by to she us his new dog! Well by the end of the night my dad left earlier then my sister left with my brothers girlfriend so she wouldn't have to drive alone. Not a problem my mom and brother aare still here or so I thought! My brother said he was going to his friends which was only supposed to be for a little bit which turned out to be for the night. Then my mom got called into work and was supposed to be off by 7 pm and its now 8 pm and shes still not home what the heck?!?!? She is supposed to make dinner, I mean not that I need my mom to make my dinner but I love her meatloaaf and thats what was supposed to be for dinner and I was looking for to that and playing card with her! Oh well maybe tomorrow will be better!?

As a child I remember sitting and watching The Sound of Music with my grandma and LOVING every bit of it! I think its a great movie and I am so happy its coming out on DVD on November 2, 2010! I'm going to get my copy are you?

Oprah Cast Reunion

For the first time in 45 years, the entire cast of The Sound of Music will gather for a once-in-a-lifetime reunion on the “Oprah” show stage Today. The show will also include a performance from the singing group The von Trapp Children, which features members of the real von Trapp family.

On Monday, November 8th, the VH1 Save The Music Foundation will honor, a living legend, JULIE ANDREWS along with previously announced Grammy Award Winners John Legend, John Mayer and The ASCAP Foundation. The program for the evening will celebrate music as universal language that shapes our life stories and include a special tribute to the 45th Anniversary of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s The Sound of Music.

The action-packed T.U.F.F. Puppy (11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) centers around Dudley Puppy (voiced by iCarly’s Jerry Trainor), a gung-ho, dim-witted dog who finds himself accidentally thrust into the role of secret agent when he’s recruited by the super-secret, crime-fighting organization, T.U.F.F. (Turbo Undercover Fighting Force). He partners with Kitty Katswell, a feline superspy who is an amazing kung-fu and weapons expert. Naturally, they don’t get along, but together they protect their hometown of Petropolis and the rest of the world against the evil animal organization, D.O.O.M. (Diabolical Order of Mayhem).

In addition to iCarly’s Trainor as Dudley, T.U.F.F. Puppy includes a cast that features Grey DeLisle (The Fairly OddParents) as Kitty Katswell, Jeff Bennett (The Penguins of Madagascar) as Keswick, Daran Norris (The Fairly OddParents) as Chief and Matthew Taylor (Open Season) as Snaptrap. The series was created and is executive produced by Butch Hartman, creator of the Emmy Award-winning The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom.

In the first half of the T.U.F.F. Puppy premiere, “Purr-fect Partner,” Dudley Puppy is introduced to the super-secret undercover organization Turbo Undercover Fighting Force (T.U.F.F.) and his reluctant new partner, Kitty Katswell. On their latest adventure, the heroic super agents team up to stop Snaptrap, D.O.O.M.’s ill-mannered supreme leader, from enslaving all of the rats in Petropolis. Together, Dudley and Kitty make for quite an imposing crime-fighting duo. In the second half of the premiere, “Doom-mates,” Kitty Katswell’s life is in danger and it’s up to Dudley Puppy to save his crime-fighting sidekick from the villainous Chameleon.

Nickelodeon’s multi-platform efforts for T.U.F.F. Puppy and Planet Sheen include sneak peeks and promotional content that will stream on Nick.com as well as Nick’s wireless partners and the premiere episode will be simulcast on Nick Mobile. Following each premiere, clips will be available via Nick’s wireless partners and full episodes will be made available for download on iTunes, Xbox and Amazon. Planet Sheen will also be made available on Playstation. Additionally, beginning Oct. 4 and Oct. 11 respectively, T.U.F.F. Puppy and Planet Sheen will launch in a dedicated category on Nick’s video-on-demand.

T.U.F.F. Puppy and Planet Sheen join Nickelodeon’s powerhouse Saturday morning block which, year-to-date, is number-one with kids 2-11, kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14. Ethan LOVES this show! He sits and watches it for HOURS on end! I have to force him to out something different on! Following it's premieres, Planet Sheen will air regularly on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m.

Planet Sheen follows Sheen Estevez as he deals with planet Zeenu’s bizarre customs and strange-looking creatures, including a jealous villain, Dorkus; a 10-foot tall, two-faced princess who has a crush on him; and Mr. Nesmith, a brainy talking chimp from the 60’s space program, who joins Sheen in his ultimate quest to return home. In every episode, Sheen lives the dream of being an out-of-this-world warrior making it his mission to teach the planet the superior ways of Earth and bring them into the 21st century – though possessing no such skills to do so.

The planet’s Emperor is fascinated by Sheen and thinks he is supremely intelligent and brave. However, the evil Dorkus, whose house Sheen destroyed, wants to get rid of him immediately. Sheen’s rocket is too badly damaged to fly him back to Earth, but he meets a brainy, talking chimp named Mr. Nesmith who crashed on the planet years ago and may be able to help fix his rocket.

When I received these bars I wasn't too sure about them! They looked too healthy! But my goodness were they good! I ate the Almond Raisin Bar and it tasted kind of like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! It was a perfect snack! I absolutely LOVED these bars!
