Kids Presents to Their Friends



This year is the first year that I was actually able to get something for my kids class mates. Ethan, who is in 4th grade, has never been able to bring little gifts for his classmates. Money has been tight and even though it was this year I was able to get a really awesome deal. Dennis, who is in Kindergarten, has the opportunity to bring little gifts for his classmates. This is the best Christmas present to me being able to do something for their friends! the little gifts include rings, yoyos, rulers with stencils in them, whistles, and little mazes.

My Growing Children

So it's has been  awhile since I have written about my children. They have grown so much since I last wrote about them. My oldest Ethan is in the second grade now, when I first started blogging he was in Kindergarten. He is 7 and he's amazing little boy! Extremely SMART! But he has always been! He's really hyper more than your normal 7 year old which makes me go NUTS but I couldn't imagine life without him or any of my kids! This was Ethan in Kindergarten. He looks so little compared to how looks know its crazy how fast they grow! It makes me tear up to think my little baby, my first born is getting so big! He is and always has been VERY out going! He makes friends everywhere he goes. Its amazing to see him socialize like a little person. He doesn't help me out as much as he should without a fight but I do rely on him a lot to help me out a little too much with his younger and brother and sister but after a little argument he usually gives in and helps me out!! 

My 3 year old is doing preschool, which he has been doing since he was 2. He is the one I am most concerned about, as far as learning disabilities are concerned. He took forever to talk and even now he doesn't speak very clearly, you have to speak Dennis to know what he is saying! LOL Which i can say I am almost an expert! But he is a MAMA's boy to the T! He ONLY wants mommy which is a good feeling but also very troubling, it makes it very hard to get stuff done! If I send him up to watch T.V. in my room with Ethan my room looks like a tornado came through it because he just doesn't have the ability to sit and watch T.V. for a long period of time like Ethan. He also doesn't listen very good at ALL! He throws nothing but fits if he doesn't get his way, which is about 90% of the time! (So if any of you have any suggestions PLEASE feel free to let me know!) But I couldn't imagine my world without him! Because when he is being good and listening he is my best kid! He loves to snuggle with me. He would lay in bed and snuggle with me ALL day as long as I feed him (LOL) and let him watch what he wants to watch.

Now my little ONE YEAR OLD Princess Sophia!! She has just grown so much! She is a little SPITFIRE!! She has so much personality it is not funny! She is very independent oh and she absolutely positively LOVES 
SHOES!!!! It doesn't matter whose shoes they are! We have a shoe bin after you go throw the kitchen and I am CONSTANTLY picking up shoes! She also likes purses too. So I went to Claire's and bought her a Disney Princess purse and she still wanted my big Coach purse filled with stuff that was to heavy to carry and so she dragged it around. But she is so smart just like Ethan. Just like Ethan and Dennis she LOVES food too! It doesn't matter if she just finished her big meal if I sit down to eat she will sit right next to me and want to eat my food too. I thought if I fed her first she wouldn't bug me for food boy was I wrong! She is the goofiest little girl I have every met. She makes me laugh all day long. She makes funny faces and makes funny noises. But she can also scream just like a girl, I mean the highest pitched scream I have ever heard! She does that when she's playing when one of her brothers are either trying to take something away from her or just touching her when she doesn't want to be touch! But she is just out of this world great she is everything I wanted in a little girl!

So I will end this by saying that my kids are my life they are everything my everything they are the reason I wake up and go to work and just be their mom!! I would not trade it for the world!

What a Summer Ethan Had!

Well at the end of summer Ethan had a busy time! He started soccer! So every Wednesday is soccer practice and every Saturday is the game! The first game was in Running Springs and we had to be there at 8:30 AM and the whole time I was thinking "Why did I sign him up for this?!" LOL but its good for him and it really helps with his hyperness!!

Ethan also was a Ring Bearer in my moms friends wedding! He was opposite Emma one of the cutest little girls ever! They ran around and they danced and they ate till they could barely stand! They were soooo cute!

So for like the first month or so everyone knows there smiles are just them passing gas even though it looks cute when they smile! But when Sophia or Phia as Dennis calls her, did it when I was talking to her it made me feel all good inside that I'm doing a good job with my kids!

One Exhausted Mom

The other night I was at my friend Amanda's and my kids and I were getting ready to leave (about 11pm) when I lost my keys! We looked everywhere for them and could not find them! I thought that I saw them on the floor right by where I changed Sophia. So I must have emptied out my diaper bag about 2 or 3 times and no keys! Amanda even woke up her daughter who I thought told me my keys where on the floor and she was so tired she didn't know what she was saying. She had told her mom that she had the keys but didn't know where they were. Which I felt sooo...bad that she woke her up! I called my sister to come get me and the kids and to bring my spare house key so we could go home. Well we decided to go look in her car, I really didn't think they were in there but we searched the whole house and no keys we thought what the heck its couldn't hurt! So we go down to her garage and look in her car and low and behold there they were! Thank God! So I wake my kids up, because at this time both the boys were knocked out, my 6 year old was past out in her chair and my 2 year old was past out on the floor with his butt up in the air!!! When I went to put my 2 year olds shoes on I was so exhausted that I put his shoes on the wrong feet!! LOL I couldn't believe it when we got home and saw that!!! Poor Baby!

OMG!!! What a Nite?

Ok so I was staying at Amandas house last night because her husband wasnt home. We were having fun and all the kids where in bed and we were watching the Avatar Then about 12 1230 rolls around and we decide to go to bed! Well about an hour later Dennis wakes up and wants juice but he didnt need any! So he was throwing a BIG fit so 130 am I wake Ethan up and get all our stuff and take them home! I was so mad because on the way down the driveway with Dennis and Sophia in my hands I slipped on ice on account that it snowed the nite before! So I have a huge scrap on my knee! I get them home and by now I have to calm Sophia down to put her to bed and of course Ethan got right in bed! BUT Dennis stayed up and would not got to sleep untill I layed down with him! Finally he went to sleep and we all slept really good!

So last night my good baby showed her true colors! She woke up sooo...many times and her brother Dennis did the same thing! Then this morning I asked her older brother Ethan to tell me what time it was and he said 7:14am so I thought cool i still have 15 mins before i have to get up! I took my time waking up Dennis then I asked Ethan to check the time (which was only 10 mins later) he said 7:58am!! OMG!! We have to leave at 8am to get to school on time!!! WOW what a morning!
